Substitutions of back bows, swimmers and other similar exercises because of pregnancy

Hi guys! Do you know how to substitute the exercises that should be done on your stomach? I've been looking for this topic in the community forum, but I haven't really found anything.

Im 15 weeks pregnant and I try to substitute everything to low impact mode, but I don't know how to substitute back bows, swimmers or another similar exercises.

Do you have some tips? Maybe some pregnant ladies can give me some advice.
