Daily Check-in: Thursday, July 15th

Good morning/afternoon/evening, Blendfriends. How goes the Friday Eve?

We are ever so closer to the weekend, so you know what that means.... We need to talk about some guest hosting! ..Coby, I believe you are scheduled for this weekend. Thank you for that! But after Coby, I think the ghost jar is empty. So help me and Kim out, Blenders! Anyone up for hosting July 24th and 25th? How about the weekened after that? Or if you're just interested in general--well come on and type so! Anyone is welcome to volunteer and be our next amazing ghost!

Now back to those workouts and food you want to share and talk about! Are you enjoying your activity or rest so far this week? ..This second week of the bodyweight challenge is killer! Coming off from yesterday's HIIT and abs, there is some kickboxing today! Hopefully I got some time today to punch out the air and look all the silly crazy while doing so. I guess the point is feeling like a bada$$.

Anyway, the only food part I have to share with you is from today's photo. The one wild elderberry I have successfully made elderberries!

Yay!!

..But it doesn't taste like an expected berry. Tiny sweet, but mostly kinda like a green tomato. Not sure if that is normal. I did try them as directed, fully black and ripe, but it just wasn't impressive. I think I'll stick to sniffing the flowers.

Okay, time for me to get on with the staple stuff and things. Thanks for hiiting up this check-in, despite my lack of replies. I know it's okay, but still. With being busy, I feel distant. Just know that I do read you.
