๐ต I have 10 lb & 20 lb, 30 lb & 50 lb resistance band handle.
๐ต I was able to use a "30 lb band handle ๐, since I was able to build up enough strength & endurance throughout the Mass program.
๐ฎ As you know, if you read my post, I rarely use dumbbells. However, for the "rotation chest press" excerise, I use a "5 lb dumbbell" and did the exercise on the stability ball.
