So I have recently fell off the workout and nutrition wagon due to a lot of stress and struggles in my personal life. Now I would like to get back into it with doing Low Impact Rd 2 again. I’ve already done this program twice, but I love it so I want to do it again!
I recently started FB 30 Rd 3, but found the workouts too taxing for my physical, emotional, and mental state right now, so I decided to do Low Impact again instead.
I also want to try to get into eating better. I never really have done very well in this area, so does anyone have tips for this? And for getting more water as well?
I will try to check in here more regularly to keep myself accountable this time! I’ll be doing the first day of the program tomorrow. Here we go! 💪🏻
