In the morning I went to get the results from the doppler ultrasonography and hips x-ray and they came back normal. So, I still don't know where this pain is coming from, but at least I know my hips and my lower body circulation are normal! Due to covid we can't go to the doctor physically, but I've sent the results to my doctor so I'll have to wait and see the next step.
In the morning I was able to to a very light cardio workout followed by a 15 minute yoga session. It felt amazing. I've noticed that I don't feel any pain when I have my core engaged. With that said, I might be living in a plank position for the next time I have acute pain 🤣🤣🤣
Anyway, thank you so much. I feel lighter. Now I'm off to study for the last exam on friday - the procrastination has been real!! 😅
Little update on this though ride
Soo, first of all, I want to thank everyone for all the kind words you've left on my latest post from yesterday (https://www.fitnessblender.com/community/discussion/26660/it-s-been-though). I even slept better now that I don't worry about this "alone" and just let it out.
