Good Tuesday morning beautiful blenders!
I start off by welcoming everyone who wishes to post to this thread 🙂

To be honest, I am working on that mindset, trying not to dwell on the weight that I have regained these past few months and choosing to look forward to the day at hand. Each day is an opportunity to be better, to do better.
And what will your day look like? Anything you are looking forward to in particular? I have already gone for my daily walk very early this morning. The streets were quiet and there was a slight breeze, it was quite nice. I will also do day 2 of Old School today, an upper body workout I have never done before, as well as an EC of my choosing, to bring the workout over the 30-minute mark. And along with the spinach and feta pie that I prepared yesterday (hope it’s good!), we’ll make batata harra (Lebanese spicy roast potatoes).
