Thanks to FB for a great Vacation

I want to thank Kelly and Daniel for helping me become and stay fit. Last week my hubby and I went kayaking for 10 miles. The skin of my hands was the only thing that was extra sore! I was able to paddle my own the whole way, without tiring out!! The following day we hiked for nearly 10 miles. I was able to do the whole hike, did have some soreness but completed it all. Now the next day was another story! We were super sore...LOL And you know, it was a rewarding soreness. We did not stretch afterwards and I think that would have helped us a lot. :) BUT, the whole week was great and I attribute it to the great workouts and training. Thanks guys!! And keep it up, cuz I will be for sure. :)
