Today was "51 min" of Lower Body HIITπββοΈ; which, I modify to LIITπΆββοΈ. I keep my legs on the ground, LOL
(A) Strength Training include
1) Deadlifts
2) Different types of Lunge
3) Different types of Squats
π΅Modifications
1) Modify to Single leg Deadlift (w/ heavy loop band)
2) Modify to Standing Hip Abduction
3) Modify to Band lateral Walk (w/ heavy loop band)
4) Standing Hamstring curls (w/ heavy loop band)
5) Reverse lunge w/ straight leg w/ gliders (not reverse w/ bending the leg)

(B) HIIT Round
1) A lot of jumping w/ squats, lunges, & burpees
πThose bear squats was burningπ₯ my thighs π
1) Banded high knees (single leg & both legs)
2) Burpees w/ gliders
3) Mountain Climbers w/ gliders
(C) Pilates
1) Ex: leg raises w/ Pulses & bridges
π΄ To spice it up, a bit I used my stability ball, to do leg workout on the mat
πSuch as
1) Lying leg raises on the ball (Light loop band)
2) Hamstring curls on the ball
3) Single bridge on the ball (Light loop band)

The average calories burn is 400 & up, doing HIIT
My calorie burn was 210π₯ doing LIIT; which, was good for me b/c my butt & legs screaming π€―. LOL
