I did jump squats!!!

For the first time since the stroke I did jump squats! I didn't think I would be able to do them. But I did 3 sets of 10 reps. My physical therapist added them to my fitness routine. Plyometrics to help with strength and ankle stability. Which should help improve the walking.

I promised I'd do burpees as soon as I can properly stretch my left hand. Let's hope that day comes soon.

But the jump squats were a huge victory already.
