Working out and eating well affects each of us in different ways, and we look and feel differently too. We need to remember not to compare ourselves to others (even past versions of ourselves!), and simply do the best we can.
The bottom line is that exercise is good for us, and the most important questions we should ask ourselves about working out and eating well are—how does this make us feel? Are we healthier? More functionally fit? Can we do more? Do we have more energy? Are we able to sleep better?
We’ll be dropping new videos tomorrow and Wednesday. Tomorrow, we have a great Lower Body Strength Workout with Kelli and Wednesday we have a Strength and Cardio EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute) routine with Tasha.
