(A) So, today was upper body containing different types of push-ups; which, I do not like doing ๐ LOL. So, to prepare I got a stability ball on Prime Day! So Daniel, bring it on, I'm ready๐ช.
๐ด Ah, no! I was not ready. My arms & shoulders were burning ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐, whoo!
โซ Other excerises include biceps ๐ช, triceps๐ช, & back (added 12 reps)

๐ฎ I felt my muscles, I never felt before, doing the workout
