Good morning from my little corner of the world, FB Fam. How goes the Thursday, aka Friday eve?
We've got some Sida on deck here as my photo for today. Also known as Wireweed, it's a strong little plant for it has tough stems and difficult to rip roots from the ground.
Clearly, this plant works out.
So are you harnessing a plant strong vibe? Both with workouts and the foods that star in your day? Dish and do, do and dish. I will either take up stretching or call it a rest day. Now to talk ghosting right quick. This weekend we have the pleasure of a duo! Jacqueline and Anne will be our lovely weekend hosts. I think (correct me if I'm wrong or you guys tell me the days you prefer) Jaqueline is on Saturday and Anne for Sunday? Let me know if that needs to be changed!
And in case you wanted to give ghosting (guest hosting) a try, I need a volunteer for July 3rd & 4th. So if you want to be our next amazing guest host, speak up! It really helps me out and keeps the variety up there!
