We know that exercise is so good for us, in so many ways, but it definitely takes effort and dedication to stick with it. As with other things in life, the more of a routine we build for ourselves, the better chance we have of maintaining a long-term commitment.
One thing that definitely helps when it comes to exercise is literally how much better it makes us feel, and how much more we can do. Talk about tangible gratification!
