I’m posting this mostly to motivate myself to keep going as I am lacking motivation I think the last few month, but here is my 1 year ish Fitness Blender journey.
The picture on the left is April 2020 when I got temporarily laid off for a few months during covid. The one on the right is just from last week. The difference is so crazy! I feel so much better, my clothes fit way better now. I’ve lost 30 pound so total.
I did FBABS1 once, FB Reach once, FBStrong once, FBLow Impact 2 twice, FBAbs2 once, FB30R4 once and FB Flex and FB booty2 together once. I’m currently in the middle of Burn2 and I’m planning to redo Abs2 after that. :)
