This is a quote from Alissa's book "Unapologetic Eating" and I felt that I needed to share it! ☺️ So important to listen, respect, and appreciete our body for what it can do right now and for how it is in the present moment! I know we live in a society that makes us see flaws in ourselves everywhere and in a culture that tells us that we are worthy only if we look a certain way! Because of that, it is important to tell ourselves positive affirmations everyday to remember that we are already worthy of love and that we have value! Also, it is good to have this community where we can hear that we are perfect just as we are today! πŸ€—

To the rest of the day! Today is a hiit and abs day for me πŸ’ͺ🏼 Also, it is day 2 of the Reach Challenge so, there will be a bit of pilates too! πŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
