Perspiration Pals - 6/18/21

As for food, my husband isn't working tonight so I think the plan is to celebrate Father's Day a little early and have dinner out, maybe at a local brewery we haven't tried before.

This will be the last day of my hosting the Friday thread (at least for a little while), and I believe Toasty and Chocolena are still looking for a volunteer. I'm sorry I can't continue at the moment, but I'm going to be indulging my inner turtle and retreating into my shell for a bit. The funk that settled on me last week has apparently decided to stick around for a while, and all I really feel up to lately is reading, sleeping, or staring out the window with the cats. So after today, I may be absent for a bit. Not sure if I will be taking a break from workouts or not. If a replacement for Fridays isn't found in the meantime, maybe I can resume hosting Fridays (or here and there as a fill in for others) when I return.
