Well hello there my Blendies! How goes you sometime and where on this Friday? Good I hope!
I couldn't decided between a Flower or Furry Friday, so I went ahead and did both, which resulted in my sweet FT Cm smelling some pretty crape myrtle flowers. And being that I love flowers and dogs, this picture is the makings of happy places.
So is there a happy place for you that is within sight or reach? Like an achievable happiness that is more probable, not as impossible than say a Hemsworth/beach (insert whatever person(s)/area(s) you desire) combo? While that is a nice thought and could possibly aid you through a set of static holds, I think finding the things that really make us happy, that are there or could actually happen, give us that static hold on life.
Anyway, happy place of any variety or not, workouts just don't do themselves, so what's your sweat or stretch today? I don't know if I will finish up Reach or do something a little stronger. I'll play it by ear and go from there. I hope you enjoy your workout as much as I love pizza,
because that's what's for dinner over here! Yep, the only day of the week I don't put too much thought into planning 😂 ..but don't let my very firm dinner decision keep you from sharing yours! Let's eat!
