Good mornings, afternoons, and evenings, Blendfriends. How are you?
Ready for all things Tuesday? What workouts have you done or going to do? I'm sticking to some pilates and posture work from the Reach challenge. Just keeping it easy unless I get the occasional HIIT or strength bug. I did try out Tasha's HIIT workout yesterday and it was pretty amazing! From her to her moves, it was a great workout, so I can't wait to try her other one! Maybe later down the week. I do want to take it easier, but it's difficult. Keeping it boring but important I feel is just as much of a challenge as doing the tough stuff, but I'm trying to enjoy the slower pace of things. Eh, enough about my workout life. What is yours?
And what is your food? ..Afraid I have no ideas as I'm in another one of those food funks to where nothing seems satisfying. And I don't really have a dinner idea, so I guess I better start thinking about that!
And before I run off to do this day, have a look at a mess of some Saw Palmetto flowers. These guys are in prime time blooming. They smell amazing and the bees are all after them, so everyone is winning here!
