I'm getting my farm delivery today, so I will be flush with fresh veggies. Hopefully that will prevent my meal prepping from looking like the above, although I'm sure my weekend will include pizza at some point 😁. As for today, I really have no idea what's on the menu so go ahead and give us all some inspiration below if your meal plan is more organized than mine.

Perspiration Pals - 6/11/21
Happy Friday everyone!
Since completing Abs Round 1 on Tuesday, I have a couple of weeks of self-scheduled workouts ahead of me. I may sneak in a core session or an extra upper body stretching routine. But knowing me, I won't have time. What are you all up to? Is it a rest day or a workout day? Anyone starting or finishing a program soon? I have to say, with Wednesday's exciting announcement about Tasha and the two new videos created by her, I was really tempted to switch out today's routine for one of them, but I haven't done this warm-up or upper body workout yet either. I am going to try to do Tasha's total body workout tomorrow. Any Plus members among you who have already tried the new workouts or plan to soon?
