Anyone know of good alternative to deadlifts? I've been weight training for 30 yrs. (!!), but have a history of back problems (herniated disc, sprains), so I'm really careful about my form & how much weight I lift. I can avoid/replace stuff like russian twists, but still searching for deadlift alternative. Thanks!
