Over here in my neck of the woods: It's hot as heck! And humid. BUT, that means the corn is loving it: as evidenced here in this photo with it popping up in its perfect little rows. Nothing much special about this pic, it's just picturesque Midwest.
Ok, so let's talk about workouts, shall we? What workouts do you have planned for today, Blendfriends? Or is it a rest day for you?
I completed Daniel's newest release with the FB Plus posture routine yesterday, and talk about humbling! My goodness am I sore in my upper back! I feel like I did a kickboxing routine instead of posture work, and I love that. So much thanks to Daniel for yet another awesomely unexpected workout!
Lookin forward to getting to that one later this afternoon!
And what about some good food goin on today, Blenders? What's on the menu?
I'm thinking something with grilled peppers, and that's as far as I've gottten!
