I finished day 26 today with the 1000 calorie workout. I just have an optional stretch tomorrow.
I was very impressed with the programme overall. It was a good mixture of workouts. I can say out of all the days, there were only perhaps two workouts that I didn't enjoy so much.
I guess I'll do FB Sweat next as I start my Health Science undergrad soon and might not have the time, at least for the time being, to do longer workouts.
However FB Flex is tempting as I haven't done that routine in a while.
