How are you all doing this Tuesday? The weather here seems indecisive at the moment, so we'll see.
Workouts: Well the plan was to do 4 workouts in the last week and I managed 1 😶 Been either lack of energy or time or both. Though I really miss working out (might or might not be handling that well, hint, meme). One NSV I am happy about, managed 18 mins of HIIT without much modifying :) I think I only modify high knees etc for the neighbours. Also my physio asked me to start jogging for short periods and see how that goes. More than 1.5 yrs later :)
Technical question about LB strength workouts: So normally I prefer holding a single (but slightly heavier) weight than weights in both hands when doing either squats, lunges etc. I started this to be careful about my back but prefer this now. So I was wondering how one differs from the other?
Some Cookie musings: This lil fur baby be such a quick learner. Started clicker training and it seems to be going well. These days she 'shouts' at me when I don't quickly respond to mellow meows to play with her! Last resort = go sit in store room then mom comes looking for me and I'll show my cute face and she'll be guilty and play extra with me 🥰 (always works)
Alrighty, enough about me, tell us about your day, activities, workouts, rest etc. And what's today's menu looking like? I have been high on wheat/veggie based pasta (with veggies) in the last few days!
