Newest 1000 workout in Fit 3

I did the thousand calorie workout on my 50th birthday last October just to prove to myself that I could. I was sort of dreading it for some reason in fit 3. My arms were a tiny bit sore from the kickboxing and lower body routine from 2 days ago which was part of it.

But I did it and I rather enjoyed it! Again. I'm definitely looking forward to tomorrow's stretch! I typically stretch a little before bed when doing heavy leg routines anyway.

Thank you Daniel and Kelli for doing these! I've always preferred working out at home and discovering you guys several years ago has been a godsend!
