Today was Lower Body ποΈββοΈ & HIIT πββοΈ
π΅ My knees does not agree w/ HIITπ, I modified it, to LIITπ
β I used a kettlebell and a medium loop band for this workout & burned 198 calπ₯
π΄ Since, this workout required a lot of energyπββοΈ, I made turmeric tea π΅ , last night. Turmeric helps with energy and is anti- inflammatory. I actually drunk some for the past "2" days; because, my muscle were burningπ₯ this week from the workouts. I will drink some Aswanganda, this weekend; because, my bones had a good workout this week.
I knew the Mass program was going to a burner π£, that's why I will do Mass, every other week. I will do only Yoga next week, so my body can restπ§ββοΈ
I also listened to music to keep π΅πΆ, helped me keep up the pace throughout the workout
So far, I like π the Mass πͺ program πππ
