Hi everyone, I am new to the community (although I have done a few FB workouts throughout the pandemic). My relationship with food and exercise has always been complicated, but I am proud to say I'm in ED recovery and I am excited to move my body in ways that feel good. Since I need the focus to be about my body and how it feels (as opposed to gains and calorie tracking) I would love to have any video suggestions that are recovery-friendly. My favorite ones are the follow-alongs with Kelli (where she is narrating) and NO calorie progress tracker. My absolute all time favorite is this one:
