π΅This workout contain a lot of deadlifts & squats so I had to do some modifications because of my back & sciatica issues.
(A) I did this workout; before, since this program is about Mass. I mixed it up a little bit to get an extra burnπ₯, I did unilateral leg exercises, such as "one leg deadlifts"

1) Kettlebells
2) Bands w/ handles
3) Bands loops for the thighs & butt
