Friends, Blendies, I’m stealing lines from American poet Emily Dickinson:
“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –
I think I’ve posted it before, but birds make me happy. May you have a feather of hope, if not the entire bird. How are you? As I lie in bed it is too early to tell.
Plans for the day?
What does June look like? Work, vacation, exercise?
Workout goals? My goal is to keep moving.
