I was utterly dissapointed when I was only able to squat 6kg (12 lbs) compared to the 15kg (32 lbs) I was able to do perfectly fine before! A serious wake-up call for my destructive eating habits (and lack of strength training).
Now, I can’t afford (and not allowed anymore) to go to the gym. I’m currently saving up to adjustable dumbbells, but I’m not quite sure how to add weight/progression in the mean while.
Any ideas for how to use household objects (or cheap alternatives like resistance bands) to add resistance/challenge to my workouts as I progress?
Returning to strength training + lowering body fat %
Hey.
After a long hiatus due to lack of motivation and excessive calorie counting, I finally decided to find my dusty ol’ weights again and did this workout: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/brutal-butt-and-thigh-workout-for-fat-burning-and-lean-muscle-building
