We are at the half way point of the week, so how's it going? From burpees to bad days, we are here for you for every up and down along the way.
So is there a workout for you today? Or maybe resting some sore muscles? ..I've got some kickboxing and abs scheduled today. It's another one of my favorite workouts, so how can I say no to that? Fit buds, wherever you are on this program, how are we doing?
And what most yummy and good for you things are out there to nibble on? I think we are grilling some pork ribs. Cook up some veggies on the side and it sounds good to me!
And for our #WildflowerWednesday, some creamy clusters of Elderberry flowers. This tree/bush is like 10 times the size of last year and way more flowers than last year as well. Hoping (as I've never tried them before) this time for berries as you can eat them when they are fully black and ripe. Note Elderberry can sometimes be confused for Water Hemlock, so never take it from just one picture or person for identification. Because when dealing with wild edibles, always be 100% sure. Just throwing that out there as anyone can read this.
