I'm scheduled to get my 2nd Pfizer vaccine on June 4th, but I've been hearing reports of rare heart inflammation following the shot. Should heavy exercise be avoided after getting vaccinated and if so, for how long? How long did you guys wait before resuming activity? Feeling kind of nervous.
