Now let's get down to Monday, shall we? What workout, if you so choose, are you doing today? I'm biting into the last week of Fit3, and there are options. A newer LB strength training routine, or a tried and true favorite! Guess I can't go wrong with either one, so yay there!
But what are you doing? Just as long as you make it work for you, it's all good!
Food is all good as well, so what are you eating? Hah, for myself, I don't know! The day is young so I'm got some time to figure out all that nutrish and delish non noms.
