It's beautiful and surprisingly cool here. It's been in lower temp for a while and I'm enjoying it so much while it lasts. We already had our walk and the picture is my proof😊. Just some greens and the sky. Add some cool breeze to that picture and enjoy😍
A question for Sunday: I know it was on the giveaway this week but it doesn't hurt to talk more about it since it's very important. How do you self care? What are your face and skin regimen if any? What do you avoid to have a better skin and hair. Things that I do are, removing dirt and makeup from my face and neck before bed and use day/night cream on my face. I wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week and shampoo only my scalp. I avoid the sun exposure for long duration. I take 1000 unit vit D every day. I'd love to hear yours if you'd like to share.
What about some workout or rest? I'm resting today and don't mind it because my whole body's talking to me plus I went to bed really late and woke up for no reason too early. Tried to go back to sleep but I wanted coffee so badly. What about you? What's happening in your FB home gym today?
No transition here but when we're hungry we don't really need one. We just want to eat, right? So, what's on the menu for today? For us, my husband is cooking split pea beef stew and rice (Yes Lynna, the one with 🍟😉💕).
