It is quite easy to love the things we like about ourselves, and very hard to love and embrace the things we don't like that much about ourselves! The important thing is that everyday and every moment is a new opportunity to keep trying to be happy with who we are right now! 🤗 We are enough, we have value, we are loved, we are strong! We deserve respect and acceptance from ourselves and others!
To the rest of the day! For me, today is day 2 of FB Abs Round 2! 🏋🏻♀️ Besides that, we might go for a walk in the afternoon! 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♂️

Hope everyone is staying safe, healthy, positive! And, even if you are having a hard time, remember to use any excuse you have to smile if you can! 😃
**Personal note about my country, Colombia, in case anyone wants and can read this: the situation is still hard, the protests and manifestations have been peaceful but the goverment and police keep using violence to silence the people! Fortunately, the protests have manager to overturn two reform that were very bad for the people (the tax reform and the health reform). Also, people from many parts of the world have been sending help with money and supplies, and an international VPN company giving free service to help Colombian people no to be censured as the goverment have been doing! Another good news is that it seems that the Copa America is not going to happen in Colombia! (Colombia and Argentina were the main locations but Argentina might take the whole responsability). That is good because, in Latin American countries, futbol/soccer is used as a distraction from what is really happening! We will continue to resist even if tyranny wants to destroy us! Colombia needs justice and peace!
