In a bit of a rush and a busy day ahead, so going to make this a quick check-in.

Workouts or active rest? I hope I can get around to day whatever of Fit3 as I do love me some core and HIIT!

Food? Hah. We're cracking open dawn over here, so no clue. Not even sure about me breakfast.
