I have a number of physical issues around my hips and lower back, and the low impact workouts here are a godsend. I would love to see a few more in the lower fitness level categories, esp because so many folks like myself ended up bedbound for extended periods during and after having covid. I've been frustrated by my inability to hold a half plank for a decent amount of time, and a variety of workouts or workout arrangements would be nice to help with recovery.
