Any tips?

Hi everyone! I’m not new to FB per se, I’ve been doing their workouts since at least December (and consistently since January), but I hadn’t signed up for their website until now.

I’m currently working out 5 days a week, doing primarily HIIT and Pilates (non-FB). Within the last week or so I’ve also added strength training. My issue is that despite having been consistently working out the last 5+ months, my lb loss hasn’t been significant. I think I’ve lost a total of 3 lbs in all that time, which is really frustrating and discouraging. I know the scale isn’t everything, but I would expect some more changes with all I’ve been doing.

Any tips/advice? TIA!
