Today I went for a lovely walk with my friend (see my other post for today) and we ended at a little café for lunch. I had the warm chicken salad with bread. It had a sesame dressing, and grilled veggies, very lovely.

What food choices do you make when you go out? Do you go for the healthy option, do you choose whatever you want/what you feel like? Or do you do a combination: make the healthiest decision?
I don't have a set way of chosing. Today I decided on the salad because I am having chili tonight. Chili and kroketten would be a bit too much (caloriealotment of 1900), so salad it was. But I would have picked something else if the salad didn't sound appealing..
