I'm looking for advice on a program to supplement my biking commute to work. I bike 18kms 4 days a week. I would like to keep doing a strength training to supplement this activity. Any advice on what I should do? This winter I have done FB Complete, FB Blend and FB Burn. After biking those days I'm not sure I could keep up the pace of those programs. Any ideas?
