Hi Ppals! Happy Saturday!,
That's me doing a down dog. Lest you get the wrong impression of what I look like that's my tee shirt chocking me not any body part! πWhen it is warmer I get tired of inhaling my tee shirt and just go with my jog bra and shorts (that is when I am at home). π
Other than wardrobe malfunctions I also have flexibility, strength and attention span malfunctions. That is why I am really enjoying my zoom yoga classes. Then no one including the teacher can see what I am really doing or that about 40 minutes into the 60 min class I am physically and mentally done and my brain has moved on to lunch πbut I stay logged on since I don't want to be rude and I want to say thank you since I do really like the teacher.π Also after all my crumbling I always feel nice and stretched out after class.
The same is true for an FB workout. Towards the end (OK maybe half way thru) I am looking at the time and planning dinner. But I stay on to get my workout complete and the confetti!π It just won't be right if I didn't finish the workout and wave goodbye to Kelli or Daniel. I do always feel better afterwards, If it was HIIT then it may take a few minutes or more to recover but then I always feel refreshed.
It is just barely Saturday as a type this so I don't really know will be on the food menu later today but my exercise menu is set. I am meeting a friend for a walk at 11:00 and then later I'll do day 45 of Fit 2 which features a HIIT and abs workout with the word insane in the title. So I'd better get my food menu in order so I'll have a nice energizing meal after my insane workout π.
Enough about me, please tell me about your day. What is on your exercise and food menus? Do you have any wardrobe or attention span challenges?
