My name is Yuna, I am still relatively new in the fitness blender community but I wanted to share a little part of my journey so far here with you all (: I started following some of the work out videos approximately two months ago, trying to workout 5 days a week and even though it's hard to always stay motivated I really like it!
Mainly I started doing sport in order to gain some weight in a healthy way since I struggled with it for long years, also seeing my mom work out almost every morning motivated me to follow her steps (: she is also on fitnessblender, her name is Ingeborg B!
Today my mams and I tried having a little sugary cheat day and made some chocolat chip cookies and a nice rice cake. I hope you are all having a nice day and maybe treat yourselves in having a sugary snack aswell!!
