Long workout complete 💪🏾

Happy Thursday fbf! Today’s workout was a combination of low impact hiit, butt and thigh, and abs which totaled 40 mins. I’m so proud of myself for pushing myself through it even some of the exercises I couldn’t do at all but I’m proud I still gave my effort in an attempt to do them and when I couldn’t I replaced it with one I could do 😊 now I’m all hot and huffing and puffing but it’s a good thing 💪🏾
