So, I'm not new to FB, but this is my first time being brave enough to post.
I've been working out with Kelli and Daniel pretty consistently for about a year and a half, and it's rare for me to miss more than a day or so here and there (aside from weekends. I take weekends as rest days/catch up around the house days because I have 6 kids and all of them are home now thanks to covid)
I just can't. I don't know for sure what happened; nothing physically, aside from a strained shoulder a week or so ago that is still bothering me some. But I'm so discouraged, and I'm finding myself just not caring. And it's not just exercise, either. It's many things in my day to day life. My motivation and drive is just gone.
Depressed and lost my motivation...help!
