I love the programs but cannot incorporate 4-5 sessions into my week. I would prefer 3 intense workouts (HIIT and strength) for 45-60 minutes instead of 5, 35 minutes ones.
Is there such a thing?
Or is there a way of combining some of the sessions a 5 session workouts into 2-3 mega sessions?
