Yesterday marked …

370 consistent days of meeting my activity goals (via Apple Watch).

It also marked 370 days since I began my healthy lifestyle change.

While I had to start over, in some respects, on May 1st of this year, I am finding it easier to adapt and build strength.

Here’s to another great year … one that will hopefully see me not visiting the ER! πŸŽ‰
