The main training styles in FB Fit are strength training and HIIT, but as always, we sneak in balance work, Pilates, flexibility, functional strength, agility, etc.
In addition to the great workouts, you get a daily guide and articles from Experts (Doctors of Physical Therapy, Registered Dietitians, and Certified Personal Trainers) scattered all throughout the program, since we want you to walk away fitter, but also knowing more about fitness and your own body.
FB Fit, Round 3 will be available for purchase, but you can access it for free with an active FB Plus account.
