My husband has bad wrists (no existing injury or anything, but he is a Chef so the high among of knife work often makes his wrists sore, etc). He often wears a brace when not at work to help control the issue. However he has trouble doing moves that involve a high plank position (push ups, walk downs, shoulder taps, etc). I'm wondering if anyone else has similar issues and if so, have you found anything that helps? HE can put his weight in his fingertips rather than bending the wrist to get his palms flat on the ground, but this isn't ideal. Any modifications or other suggestions?
Weak wrists -- modifications?
Hi everyone --
My husband has bad wrists (no existing injury or anything, but he is a Chef so the high among of knife work often makes his wrists sore, etc). Any modifications or other suggestions?
thanks all!
