Here's a sunflower--just one of many stunning things to prove what an amazing place we live on. So let's show the earth some love and appreciation, which it really deserves every day.
Note your body deserves love and appreciation every day as well, so how will you be doing that today? A nice workout? A cozy rest? A healthy meal? A peaceful meditation? A good song, or reading a chapter of an interesting book? Lots of ways to treat your body and mind, so I hope you find what works for you today!
I have an upperbody workout that has kickboxing. Yay! ..I think dinner is going to be a chicken paprika dish. Yum!
