Well, Blender Buds, how's it midweeking? ..Going okay so far over here. Spring is really in the air, so that means plenty of flowery faces, chirpy birds, and good ol' pollen. One of the prime contributers of this gold dust coming from the catkins of oak trees such as what is up in today's photo.
^^ Would love to see more weighted core workouts similar to that one! I hope you enjoy your workout today.
And further have that joy sprinkled in your food! Beef stroganoff is on dinner deck for tonight as that didn't happen yesterday. And instead of serving it on noodles, I have some potatoes to use up. So that'll do nicely!
