Since last week I've been working out more, and as a consecuence (I'm assuming) - although I'm safely far from overtraining (máx 1h of workout/day and not that intense) - I've been feeling so mentally tired... like my brain really struggles to do active work (reading / studying / reasoning) after I workout (which usually is before lunch), everyday for the last few days now.
I've been eating healthy and not restricting calories, drinking a surplus of water and making sure I eat enough proteins, so I don't think it has anything to do with nutrition.
Mental fatigue after working out

How do you deal with it?
